Khari Lassi (Salty Lassi) PDF Print E-mail

If you prefer something less sweet, this khari, or salty, lassi is just the thing! Ingredients

*2 C. buttermilk
*2 C. unflavored yogurt
*2 C. water
*1/4 tsp. salt
*1/4 tsp. cumin powder
*crushed ice
*a few ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients, except ice, in a blender or food processor, and blend well. You can also use a whisk for this purpose. Add some crushed ice, making sure not to thin the drink out too much. Serve in tall glasses with ice cubes.
