Make sure and serve this simple Gujarati dessert chilled!

Ingredients

*5 C. milk
*6-7 tsp. sugar
*1 orange
*4 Tbs. orange juice

Directions

Boil milk and sugar together until it is reduced by one-third the original volume. Stir occasionally during cooking to prevent milk from boiling over, then set aside to cool.

Peel orange and remove all the white skin. Cut between the membranes in the orange and remove the segments. Add these segments with the orange juice to the milk mixture. Mix well and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
