This soothing drink doesn't actually use tea leaves, making it a great caffeine-free option.
Ingredients
*2 C. water *2 C. milk (or soymilk) *1/8 to 1/4 tsp. garam masala or chai masala, or 2 cardamom pods, 1 whole clove, 1 stick cinnamon, 1 tsp. grated gingerroot *honey or sugar for sweetener
Directions
Combine all ingredients except sweetener and bring them to a boil. Strain out any whole spice pieces, if you prefer. Serve with your choice of sweetener.
