Enjoy this tasty mango beverage as a breakfast treat or after-dinner low-fat dessert option! You can make it pretty with an orange peel garnish.

Total preparation time: 10 minutes
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped (about 1 C.)
1 C. whole milk or low-fat plain yogurt
3 Tbs. sugar
Ice cubes, for serving
In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, sugar and 1/2 C.cold water. Pour through a fine strainer (to remove pulp), if desired. Serve immediately over ice!
