Tandoori Chicken PDF Print E-mail

This delicious Indian dish is full of flavor!

Ingredients

* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
* 8 oz. unflavored yogurt
* 1 Tbs. lemon juice
* 2 tsp. ground paprika
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
* 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
* 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
* 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, garlic, salt, ginger, cumin, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in a bowl. Place chicken breasts in a glass dish and pour sauce mixture over them. Cover and marinated in refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Remove when done and place on grill. Grill until cooked through.
