| Authentic Chicken Curry |

This authentic chicken curry recipe was given to us by our friend Padma from Bangladesh who adapted the recipe when she moved to the States. Ingredients * 1 med. chicken, fryer Directions Boil 1 med. chicken with small amount salt until well done. When done, remove skin and bones, reserving meat and broth. Saute onion in butter. Add the following: flour, sugar, salt, curry powder, ginger. Add 2 C. of the chicken broth, adding water if needed. When thick, add 1 C. milk. When mixture thickens again, add chicken (shredded and cut into small pieces). Just before serving, add lemon juice. Serve over rice. May top with raisins, peanuts, and shredded coconut.
