This wonderful baked paneer recipe is bursting with amazing flavors!
Ingredients
*2 1/2 C. paneer *large bunch fresh coriander leaves, trimmed *4 green chilies *3 Tbs. grated fresh coconut *3/4 tsp. sugar *juice of 1/2 lemon *salt to taste *2 Tbs. thick yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut paneer into 1/2-inch cubes. Place them on foil on a cookie sheet.
Grind coriander, chilies, coconut, sugar, lemon juice and salt to make a paste. Mix the yogurt into the paste and spread mixture over paneer cubes.
Wrap the foil around the paneer and bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
