This powder is so easy to prepare and is great served with hot rice and ghee.
Ingredients
*4 oz. sesame seeds *1/2 C. grated (shredded) copra *10 dried red chillies *1 tsp. asafoetida *4 tsp. oil *salt to taste
Directions
Fry the sesame seeds, copra, chillies and asafoetida in oil for a few minutes until lightly browned. Grind to a coarse powder, adding salt to taste. Store in an airtight container.
