This coconut milk recipe is the quick version!
Ingredients
*1 C. desiccated (shredded) coconut *10 C. lukewarm water
Directions
Blend the coconut and 1 cup of water to a smooth paste in a blender or food processor. Put the paste in a muslin bag and squeeze out as much coconut milk as possible. Place the remaining water in a bowl and knead the coconut bag in the water to squeeze out any remaining milk.
